I was expecting something like Windfall or Time Lapse. This is entirely different from that, and, while I was a bit shocked by the change, I still like how this was executed. The melody is definitely more passive than it is active, which is a big turn on your songs. This melody is a bit less repetitive as well, which is something different from what you have done in the past. The mood that this song gives off is just so hopeful. I was really impressed with how you pulled off such a big change.
As you all know, this site is heavily affiliated with Geometry Dash, and TheFatRat has had every single one of his songs used in a featured level. I had told myself that I would make a level with this, and I had to do something unexpected to account for this amazing twist on your work. I ended up getting that level featured on the first page, and I can't thank you enough for inspiring it.

OH MY GOSH!!!
Where do I begin? I have had the beginning of this song stuck in my head ever since the 2.0 Sneak Peek. This song was actually one of the things that made me hype for the update in particular. It's..it's talent! Exactly what I would expect from you, Waterflame! Like every other song you make, this blew my mind several times! I literally can't criticize it at all! It's mastered well, it has an upbeat feel, the melody is catchy..I..It just makes me feel alive!

OH MY GOSH!
You seriously deserve more attention for this!
It seems like there was a little bit of strong drum kick missing from a few parts in the song, mainly in between 0:39 and 1:48. I feel like there could be a bit more of a mastered drum in there, but the melody was incredible. Other than the drums being a tad weak, the song is a masterpiece. The drop at the end blew my mind! I had to take off half a star for the drums, but I am in love with the rest of it! Nice work!

I like this :D It's a cute song. Rather basic, but still very well put together. The transitions are nice, the beat is catchy, the melody is slightly repetitive, but soothing nevertheless. Nice work!

It's a very repetitive song, but that isn't always a bad thing. Besides, it's a good loop kind of thing anyways. I was gettin' down to it as well! This song would definitely go great accompanied with something, but it doesn't give off the full effect by itself, which is why it didn't get my final star. Plus, you spelled Devastation incorrectly, which I have also done countless times. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it and saw potential in it. However, I didn't see it unlock its full potential as a stand-alone song.

RobTop, I had no idea you had a NG, but I DEFINITELY did not know that you were a BOSS at making music! This song test proved just how great you could be, no matter its length. If you added a few more background sounds like a 3-note chime here and there, you could make this into a full length song and use it in your own game. I'm sure the entire community, including me, would really love that! If you don't want to, I won't force you to, but you could do this for Update 2.1 or something. It might take longer to make the update, but I think we can hold it out.
Best Wishes, and Happy Programming!

I make silly EDM as SirHadoken, and more serious indie singer/songwriter music as DeFord.
I also help other musicians with the Geometry Dash whitelisting process.
